Thanks for everything you all do. Your karma bucket is full.
The Well House was a saving grace to my father, my brothers and me. My father was in another facility and it became apparent he was in need of more care. We know change is difficult for older people but everyone made the transition so comfortable and safe. The Delva family was there from the first day, checking on the residents, staff and family members. We knew this would be the last home for my father and that gave us comfort. Never when we arrived to visit was there a concern about the quality of care. The loving environment was obvious by the smiles on the residents faces, the beautiful home and amazing gardens. We consider ourselves very blessed to have found the Well House.
It’s really hard to put into adequate words how much you have meant to me. For the loving and caring way you took care of my parents at The Well House. For 19 months you nurtured my dad back to health and gave us many extra months with him. For 12 months you loved and cared for my mother, even when she was difficult to handle! What a blessing it was to be able to show that they were safe and lovingly taken care of – I could rest easy leaving them in your care.
You went above and beyond to make their last days full of activities, good food and fun parties. Thank you for welcoming the whole family into The Well House. You are certainly a unique home to bless those who need The Well House. God Bless you; you are loved.
Bruce and I would like to thank you for the beautiful flowers in memory of my mom, Pat. The bouquet reminds us of your beautiful gardens and the pleasant times we spent with Mom on the back deck.
Your family and staff are always so thoughtful. We appreciate the culture and environment of caring that make the Well House such a special place. Your family focus in wonderful and we treasure our memories of the short time Mom spent with you.
